Here are four ways to avoid common exercise mistakes:
- Make sure to warm up to prevent when most injuries occur.
- When performing squats, make sure to keep your toes in front of your knees.
- Stand in a staggered stance when curling or lifting weights
- Don’t sprint downhill.
If you are new to exercise, engage in at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity on most days of the week· As you become fitter increase the intensity of your activity or the duration of your workout. Greater benefits can be obtained when exercising at a more vigorous intensity.
